The optional rotary table adds a programmable rotary axis for all-side inspection and pallet integration to enable multiple positions and reduce setup time. ZEISS DotScan enables the non-contact capture of workpiece topography, available as an option for sensitive, reflective, or low-contrast surfaces that make it difficult to use other sensors.

The integrated pallet system with an interface for automatic temperature capture saves time while ensuring greater reliability, and ZEISS PiWeb offers one-click documentation and visualisation of measurement data, providing useful insights into parts and processes.

ZEISS VAST XXT opens up high-accuracy scanning by recording a large number of measurement points in a single movement, while ZEISS Discovery.V12 camera sensor provides variable magnification, and with the two new options scout 160 and scout 240, an even higher optical resolution is made possible, enabling 1,6 or 2,4 times higher optical resolution than the standard 100 variant through alternative sensor units.

ZEISS CALYPSO offers improved visualisation options with CAD models displayed superimposed and possible deviations (actual to target) seen quickly due to variety of options, this also offers the right tools for special requirements.
