Versatile gear pump systems for high-accuracy fluid delivery - with an intuitive touch-screen interface.

  • Powerful, space-efficient drives accept all Micropump A and B mount gear pump heads
  • Pulseless gear flow technology allows for high repeatability over long duration
  • High viscosity capability (0,2 to 1500 centipoise)
  • 12,7 cm (5") capacitive TFT/RGB touch screen for crisp resolution and a wide viewing angle
  • Single-point pressure monitoring provides real-time pressure display and alarms for process reliability
  • Continuous run, volume dispense, and time dispense modes - batch control and interval/off time in Volume and Time modes
  • Save and recall up to 50 programs to simplify up set up and reduce errors
  • Over-the-air firmware updates let you take full advantage of improvements in drive features and functionality
  • Built-in connectivity options include EtherNet/IP™, PROFIBUS, analogue I/O, and serial control
  • Three-level user access - gives you the option of controlling who can operate the pump and at what level
  • Drive housing is constructed of 316 stainless steel - IP 66 and NEMA 4× rated for washdown

The Masterflex® MasterSense® gear pumps provide high-repeatability, low-maintenance, and excellent chemical compatibility in high pressure environments. Increase process reliability by utilising integrated pressure monitoring with built-in alarms and shut offs from a sensor directly installed into the process flow path. Pumps feature flow up to 6,2 LPM and include washdown 316 stainless steel housings for use in critical process applications and environments.

Ideal for low pulsation applications which require high repeatability such as lipid nanoparticle encapsulation (mRNA), tablet spray coating, viscous fluid handling, circulation and spraying systems, solvent extraction, ink circulation, research and development, and pulp and paper processing. Recommended for clean process fluids up to 1500 centipoise. Use of a particulate filter is highly recommended if particulates may be present.

Pump drives feature a variety of built in options for remote communications. EtherNet/IP™ control is available via RJ45 port; PROFIBUS is available via 9-pin connector. RS232 serial control is available via a USB-A port (requires cable MFLA78006-90). A 31-pin connector allows analogue input and output controls or use of a footswitch.
