精密数字驱动器有三种分配模式和精密低维护电机。

  • 随附泵管的流量范围为 0.001 LPM 至 8.0 LPM
  • 外壳防冲洗等级为 NEMA 4X (IP66)
  • LCD 图形界面，可显示 4 种运行模式：连续运行、定时分配、重复分配、体积分配。可连续检查泵的性能。
  • 菜单式界面，编程及操作命令有 7 种语言可选
  • 以 mL（0.001 至 99999 mL）、L 或加仑为单位进行体积分配；重复分配，重复次数为 1 至 9999；或时间分配，每两次开/关循环之间间隔（每次循环为 1 秒至 99 小时 59 分钟 59 秒）
  • 双向电机 — 泵送前后进行冲洗操作；以任意方向泵送液体
  • 免维护无刷电机，速度控制精度达 ±0.1%，量程比达 6000:1
  • 通过防水连接进行遥控
  • – 速度控制输入：可在 0 至 20 mA、4 至 20 mA 或 0 至 10 V 之间进行调节
  • – 泵送方向：要求集电极开路或触点闭合
  • – 运行/停止/冲洗：要求集电极开路或触点闭合
  • – 转速计输出：可在 0 至 20mA，4 至 20mA，0 至 10 V，或集电极开路之间进行调节

这些泵系统提供坚固的性能和精确的数字控制。非常适用于实验室、生产和工业环境（其中包括制药、食品&饮料、乳制品、化学品、制造和水处理）中的流体输送、分配和计量应用。外壳的防冲洗等级为 NEMA 4X (IP66)，完全密封，易于清洗，能耐受常用的洗涤液和消毒液。

这些精密驱动器具有可编程的分配间隔，可设置分配周期之间的延迟肌腱，方便实现按时间或按体积进行自动化加样。可编程的校准可确保分配和显示精度 — 驱动器可储存一组各尺寸泵管的校准数据。通过简单的薄膜键盘为驱动器进行编程；键盘带有锁定/解锁保护设置功能。选择泵管尺寸，输入所需流速 — 用所需转速驱动锁。
