对于自动化实验室和工艺等应用，可将该数字驱动器连接至一台个人电脑 -- 或将其用作独立式分配泵。

  • 精密数字驱动器拥有高精度免维护电机和图形显示界面，设置、操作更方便
  • 使用 L/S 泵管时流速为 0.001 至 3400 mL/min。流速取决于驱动器转速及泵管尺寸。
  • LCD 图形界面，可显示 4 种运行模式：连续运行、定时分配、重复分配、体积分配。可连续检查泵的性能。
  • 菜单式界面，编程及操作命令有 7 种语言可选
  • 按 mL 进行分配 -- 每次分配体积为 0.001 至 9999 mL；重复分配 -- 重复次数为 1 至 9,999；或按时间分配 -- 每两次分配循环之间间隔 1 秒至 99 小时 59 分钟 59 秒
  • 可编程分配间隔，可设置分配周期之间的延迟时间，方便实现自动化分配
  • 防滴漏功能，分配周期结束时使驱动器短时间反转，可确保精度
  • 免维护无刷电机，速度控制精度达 +/-0.1%，量程比达 6000:1
  • 通过 RS-232 或 USB 接头连接至个人电脑
  • 通过驱动器上的 DB25 母接头可实现远程控制：
  • -- 速度控制输入：0 至 20 mA、4 至 20 mA 或 0 至 10 V；
  • -- 泵送方向：要求集电极开路或触点闭合；
  • -- 启动/停止/冲洗：要求集电极开路或触点闭合；

这些精密驱动器具有模拟远程控制选项，编程简单 — 非常适用于自动化过程应用。可编程的校准可确保分配和显示精度；驱动器可储存一组各尺寸泵管的校准数据。
通过简单的薄膜键盘为驱动器进行编程；键盘带有锁定/解锁保护设置功能。电机可反转，便于您在泵送前后进行泵管冲洗，并以任意方向泵送流体。
