Trypsin

Immobilised trypsin provides a fast and convenient method for digesting a range of concentrations of purified protein or complex protein mixtures. Digested peptides are easily separated from the immobilised trypsin as they flow through the spin column into the collection tube. Immobilised trypsin is easily removed from the peptide solution because the trypsin does not pass though the column frit.

• Digest a range of protein concentrations
• Digestions completed in as little as 30 minutes
• Sufficient for 10 (PROMV9012) or 20 (PROMV9013) reactions

It is used in applications like Protein identification, quantitative analysis, differential expression and post-translational modifications.
