Tangential flow systems, Ultralab™
These systems are designed for use in diafiltration procedures which are faster and more efficient than dialysis for buffer exchange and desalting, and for concentration of dilute sample volumes of up to five litres.
- Feed pressure gauge monitors sample processing
- Three-way sampling valve allows maximum sample recovery without decanting
- Peristaltic pump action minimises shear of sensitive molecules, eliminates air in the system and reduces foaming
- A variable speed controller allows precise adjustment of crossflow during sample processing
: Ultralab™ systems consist of an Ultrareservoir™ container, MasterFlex L/S variable speed peristaltic pump and Ultrasette™ accessory kit; connects to Ultrasette™ device sold separately. Ultrareservoir™ containers are supplied with 0 to 4,2 bar pressure gauge, assorted fittings and 3-way valve.
