Phenyl Sepharose 6 Fast Flow is a well-established, standard aromatic HIC medium for capture and intermediate purification requiring low to medium hydrophobicity.

HiTrap Phenyl FF (high sub) are prepacked Phenyl Sepharose 6 Fast Flow columns for hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). The columns are used for small-scale protein purification as well as for screening of binding and elutions conditions.
