SsoFast™ EvaGreen® PCR Supermix with low ROX is a 2X concentrated, ready to use reaction master mix containing all components except primers and template for real time quantitative PCR on ROX-dependent real time PCR instruments. It contains antibody mediated Sso7d-fusion polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, EvaGreen dye, enhancers, stabilisers and ROX.
