Hard-Shell® PCR plates are designed to prevent robotic handling problems due to plate warping. The hard shell prevents distortion and shrinkage due to the exposure of the plates to the high temperatures of thermal cycling or heat sealing.

• Skirts and decks are moulded from rigid thermostable polymer
• Thin walled wells are moulded from virgin PP
• Raised rims around each well allow tight sealing
