DEAE Sepharose™ CL-6B is a weak anion exchanger.

The ion exchange group is diethylaminoethyl which remains charged and maintains consistently high capacities over the entire working range, pH 3 to 9. Stable to all commonly used aqueous buffers additives such as 8 M urea and 6 M guanidine hydrochloride.
