Magnetic Beads

Magnetic beads, such as those made of hematite, can be used in scientific applications including cell separation, protein isolation, IVD assays, and many more. These beads come in a variety of strengths for powerful separation and isolation. Captured substrates can be useful as ligands in subsequent experiments, including mRNA isolation and the capture of primary or secondary antibodies. VWR’s selection includes both isotropic (regular power) and anisotropic (high power) magnetic hematite beads.
