- Efficient core-shell silica gel
- Phenyl hexyl modification
- Hydrophobic phase with alternative selectivity in comparison to classical C18 modifications
The retention mechanisms are determined by π-π and hydrophobic interactions. The phase is recommended for aromatic and unsaturated compounds such as phthalates, benzodiazepines and beta-lactam antibiotics.
EC guard columns are used for analytical EC columns with the column protection system guard column holder (554-5851).
