DirectPCR® DNA Lysis Reagents offer a quick and cost-effective 'single-tube' system for the rapid preparation of PCR template DNA from mouse tails, ears, embryonic material or mammalian cells.

  • 'Single-tube' system for reduced number of pipetting steps
  • Suitable for the simultaneous processing of multiple samples
  • No need for organic extractions or time-consuming alcohol precipitations
  • Reliable and absolutely reproducible procedure
  • High yields
  • Lysate can directly be used for genotyping PCRs

NOTE: 1 µl lysate is sufficient for subsequent genotyping PCR reactions.
