These septa are available for a variety of applications and have different upper temperature limits. The lower temperature septa are usually softer, seal better and can withstand more punctures (injections) than their high temperature counterparts.
- Made up low bleed silicone rubber formulations
- Efficient by using sharp syringe needles
- Septa should be replaced to avoid leaks and sample loss
- To be used with recommended temperature range
