dNTPs designed for applications requiring high purity such as amplification, dideoxy sequencing, labeling, mutagenesis, cDNA synthesis, and expression profiling.

  • High purity dNTPs are functionally tested in long PCR to be PCR-qualified, and meet or exceed criteria for high-quality sequencing with thermo sequenase DNA polymerase
  • High purity (>98% triphosphate) confirmed by chromatographic analysis and ³¹P nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy
