Curcumin Lipooxygenase inhibitor

High purity flavonoid derivative. Potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and anticancer agent. Lipooxygenase and cyclooxygenase inhibitor (IC₅₀ values are 8 and 52 μM, respectively). Shows diverse range of actions including free radical scavenging activity, cardio and neuroprotective effects. Blood brain barrier permeable. Active in vitroand in vivo.
