The implantation of individual micro-dialysis hollow fibers is an ideal step in the recovery or introduction of micro-quantity biologicals or pharmaceutical materials in a localized tissue environment. Following sample injection into the lumen via syringe, the fiber ends may be sealed with epoxy for implantation.
