The AmMag Quatro is an automated solution for purification of large-scale, high quality, transfection-grade plasmids from Escherichia coli cultures.

The solution consists of a system controller that provides simultaneous operation of up to four independent purification modules, along with pre-filled consumables and verified protocols. The consumable kit is an all-inclusive solution that contains the samples tube, reaction tube, reagent cartridge, tip box that contains the elution tube and the waste container.
