Immediately after delivery, place the passage kit in the dark at −20 °C. Prior use thaw the tube. After usage store them in the dark at 2 °C to 8 °C for a maximum of 2 weeks. Take care: After thawing shelf time of Dispase II solution is limited to 14 days.
Packaging: After thawing, store the passage kit in the dark at 4 °C to 8 °C for up to one month. Avoid temperatures above 37 °C and do not use uncontrolled heat sources, like microwaves. Never refreeze the kit, as this could lead to irreversible damage due to increased salt concentrations caused by freezing out pure water.
