The ABY dye qPCR calibration plate is designed for use with the 7500 real-time PCR system featuring a fast 96-well block.

  • The qPCR calibration plate might significantly improve qPCR results with multiplexing by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra used in your real-time experiments
  • This calibration plate is ready to use without any additional preparation steps required

For most qPCR instruments, the necessary calibrations should be run at least every six months.

 : Avoid freeze-thawing plates. It is not recommended to use the plates more than 3 times. Plates can be stored for up to 12 months. Freeze (<−15 °C), and minimise light exposure.
