Object table 232×230 with hard anodised coating. Object guide M 130x85 R/L, holding frame Flex M and inserts for: microtiter plates, bottles and petri dishes d=95 mm; Petri dishes d=88 mm, 65 mm, 54 mm, 36 mm; Microscope slides 76×26 mm and chambers (ibidi® μ-Slide®, Nunc® Lab-Tek® / Lab-Tek II).

Equipped with four solid-state LEDs (average LED lifespan depends on wavelength):
- Red (630 nm) for excitation of Cy5, Alexa631, TOTO-3 and similar dyes (>60000 h)
- Green (565 nm) for excitation of Cy3, TRITC, DsRed and similar dyes (>60000 h)
- Blue (470 nm) for excitation of eGFP, Fluo4, FITC and similar dyes (>60000 h)
- UV (385 nm) for excitation of DAPI, Alexa 405, Hoechst 33258 and similar dyes (>40000 h)

Imaging methods include single channel, multi-channel fluorescence, extended depth of focus, video recording, time lapse. 6× reflector turret, encoded; suitable for multi-bandpass and single-bandpass fluorescence filter sets; quadruple fluorescence filter set already included.

Special software features include focus indicator, over-exposure indicator, split view, up to 13 different manual annotation and measurement tools for live and acquired images. Fixed phosphorescence block filter prevents signal background in fluorescence imaging while allowing transmitted light contrasts.
