Cell-free DNA ScreenTape analysis provides fast, automated and reliable electrophoretic separation of input cell-free DNA (cfDNA) samples. The Cell-free DNA ScreenTape assay provides accurate quantification and sizing as well as the value %cfDNA.

The %cfDNA is an objective and reproducible value for the assessment of sample quality. It automatically calculates the amount of cfDNA in the sample of interest. Delivering digital assessment of cfDNA concentration, size and quality in under two minutes per sample.

The assay is compatible with the Agilent 4150 and 4200 TapeStation instruments.
