No. ACRBCDL-H52Db) with an affinity constant of 0,911 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested). FACS analysis shows that Human CD40, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin (Cat. No. ACRBCD0-H525a) can bind to 293T cells overexpressing human CD40L. The concentration of Human CD40 is 0,03 μg/ml (Routinely tested).
