These StartingBlock™ blocking buffers are PBS and TBS formulations of a proprietary protein that provides exceptional performance and broad compatibility with membrane (Western blot) and 96-well plate (ELISA) assays.

  • Compatible with many detection systems (Western blot, ELISA and IHC)

  • High signal:noise ratio
  • Strip and reprobe without reblocking
  • Available ready to use 1X formulations in PBS and TBS

It provides broad compatibility with a wide range of antibodies, antibody combinations, and other protein probing and assay systems. StartingBlock blocking buffer is available in PBS and TBS, with and without Tween 20.
