The HBC circulating baths have a high-quality stainless steel bath, an extended temperature range for tempering fluids in open and covered water baths up to 200/250 °C. The LED/ graphic TFT Display illustrates all relevant process parameters. The large surface of the radiator allows for an optimum heat exchange and a smooth warming of the medium. Units feature push and turn buttons for intuitive menu navigation. All models conform to the highest safety classification III (FL) for use with flammable liquids according to DIN 12876. HBC immersion circulators ensure short heating up times and have a temperature stability of ±0,01 /0,02 K ( basic/control model). The units have an integrated cooling coil, adjustable safety circuit and a front drain valve for safe emptying. To drain the system, a separate valve helps to avoid direct contact with fluid.

  • All models feature optical and acoustic safety warnings, an adjustable safety circuit and a powerful speed controlled pressure/suction pump.
  • A Wireless Controller (WiCo) enables safe operation of control models from a distance of up to 10 meters, e.g. in front of a closed fume hood (control device only)
  • Large easy-to-read LED display for pump speed and temperature on basic units, control units have a TFT display for temperature, pump speed as well as liquid level and safety temperature
  • The control models have an electronic timer function: 0-99 h 59 min and a Mulit IO (Input/Output) interface to connect and control for e.g. electronic magnetic valves. Cooling coil is also included
  • USB/RS232 interface for controlling and supervising of the units via labworldsoft® and for online firmware updates as well a PT100 interface for external temperature control
  • The user can switch from internal to external temperature regulation with only one key using the control model
  • Integrated connections M16×1 for external applications

Max. flow rate/max pressure:
basic models: 26 l/min, 450 mbar, (pressure), 350 mbar (suction)
control models: 31 l/min, 610 mbar, (pressure), 450 mbar (suction).

Certifications: Comply with DIN 12876, Safety class III, (FL) for use with flammable liquids. Units are designed in accordance to UL 61010-1.

Delivery information: All devices have a PT100 interface for external temperature control and an integrated cooling coil.
