About this item
To measure the 'spot concentrations' of acetone for use with an Accuro pump. Uses include determination and measurement of concentration peaks, personal exposure in the inhalation area, detection of leaks in pipelines or gas installations, air analysis in sewers, shafts and confined spaces.
- Other ketones are indicated but with different sensitivities
- Aldehydes are indicated but not esters
- Ammonia causes the indicating layer to turn yellowish brown
One stroke is equivalent to a volume of 100 ±5 ml of gas passing through the tube.
