Compliant to SEMI Standard F57-0301, the specification for polymer components used in ultrapure water and liquid chemical distribution systems.
- Significantly reduces footprint, saving valuable equipment space
- Accommodates industry standard port connections including Flaretek®, Flaretek® 'SpaceSaver', PureBond® or FNPT
