The Protease Screening Kit provides a simple and quick method for testing samples for proteolysis. Simply incubate sample in the reagent provided and obtain results.
The kit uses dye-labelled protein conjugate as protease substrate, which allows nanogram level detection. The absorbance of dye-labelled peptide is measured at 574 nm for determination of protease activity.
The kit is sufficient for 50 assays in a microwell format.
