HiScreen™ IMAC FF columns for optimising purification of histidine-tagged proteins by Immobilised Metal ion Affinity Chromatography (IMAC).

  • Conveniently charge with metal ion of choice (Cu²⁺, Zn²⁺, Ni²⁺ or Co²⁺)
  • Prepacked HiScreen™ columns for method optimization and process development
  • High binding capacity
  • Reproducible results, scalable to BioProcess columns packed with the same media using the same linear fluid velocity
  • Flow velocity: <600 cm/h; The pressure over the packed bed varies depending on a range of parameters such as the characteristics of the chromatography medium and the column tubing used

The columns are prepacked with IMAC Sepharose™ 6 Fast Flow.
