EZ-Vision® 1 kb DNA ladder is a pre-mixture of DNA marker, loading buffer and a proprietary fluorescent DNA visualisation dye that can be applied directly to the gel. This non toxic, non mutagenic dye eliminates the need for ethidium bromide staining. The 1 kb ladder consists of 10 double-stranded bands with molecular weights between 200 and 10 000 bp. The intensity of individual bands varies to facilitate easy identification.

AMPIGENE® DNA ladder contains DNA fragments ranging from 50 bp to 1500 bp that can be used as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The bands are evenly spaced and are intensified at 200 bp, 500 bp and 1500 bpto serve as easily identifiable reference bands. The approximate mass of DNA in each of the bands is provided, assuming 5 µl load, for determining the approximate mass of DNA in samples with comparable intensity and sizes.
