I bagnomaria a ebollizione sono progettati per un funzionamento in continuo con acqua a temperatura oltre 90 °C. Dotati di una vasca in acciaio inox con involucro esterno e di controllo analogico tramite semplice quadrante per una facile impostazione della temperatura. I bagni hanno due dispositivi di sicurezza fissi, per la protezione da sovrapressione, che possono essere reimpostati dall'utente.
