Polarimetri

Utilizzati con sostanze otticamente attive, i polarimetri misurano l'angolo di rotazione causato dal passaggio della luce polarizzata attraverso le sostanze. A seconda delle sostanze, la luce unidirezionale ruoterà in direzioni diverse. I valori visualizzati digitalmente per l'angolo di rotazione e le misurazioni della scala internazionale dello zucchero sono grandi e facili da leggere. Un'interfaccia a pulsanti consente all'utente di modificare facilmente la velocità di funzionamento, rendendo i polarimetri sufficientemente versatili per l'uso in una varietà di settori.
