Piastre per PCR
Per la preparazione di applicazioni di reazione a catena della polimerasi in tempo reale, piccoli segmenti di DNA o RNA vengono isolati e posti in piastre PCR. Con matrici di pozzetti comuni e design ad alto o basso profilo compatibili con i termociclatori, le piastre PCR facilitano la rapida amplificazione dei segmenti quando non si desidera un’elaborazione manuale. La griglia alfanumerica, la produzione colorata e la superficie di etichettatura fornita dagli stili con bordo garantiscono un’identificazione accurata dei campioni in ogni momento.
