Le bottiglie per lavaggio gas sono generalmente utilizzate per saturare un liquido con un gas o un gas con un altro vapore. Questi contenitori graduati possono anche essere impiegati per precipitare elementi da un gas o per essiccare flussi gassosi. Basi stabili ed estese mantengono in posizione verticale i recipienti in vetro borosilicato o in polietilene resistente. Efficaci nell’umidificazione di miscele aria-anidride carbonica, le bottiglie per lavaggio gas mantengono un’elevata umidità negli incubatori per colture cellulari gassificati.
