I tamponi di estrazione sono forniti pronti all’uso ed efficaci nell’isolamento dell’RNA totale e di altre proteine, migliorando la resa proteica e la complessità dei campioni da cellule e tessuti. I reagenti di estrazione ottimizzati migliorano l’estrazione proteica in tamponi nativi o denaturanti compatibili con tecniche analitiche successive. Una soluzione tampone adeguata aggiunta a una miscela proteica durante il processo di estrazione può migliorare la stabilità delle molecole proteiche mentre vengono sottoposte a forze volte a isolarle per lo studio.
