Le test EnteroPluri est un système à 12 secteurs contenant un milieu de culture spécial qui permet d'identifier les entérobactéries et d'autres bactéries gram négatives, à oxydase négative. Le système permet l'inoculation simultanée de tous les milieux présents dans les secteurs et l'exécution de 15 réactions biochimiques. Le micro-organisme est identifié en évaluant le changement de couleur des différents milieux de culture après 18 à 24 heures d'incubation à 36 ±1 °C et par un numéro de code obtenu à partir de l'interprétation de la réaction biochimique. L'oxydase, le réactif de Kovacs Indol (par exemple 1.00181.0002, 1.09293.0100, 1.11350.0001) et le Codebook ne sont pas inclus.

Appliquer directement sur le milieu l'écouvillon si vous avez fait un prélèvement par écouvillonnage ou 1 ter. Plonger la lame gélosée dans le liquide à analyser. 2. Introduire la lame dans le flacon et revisser. Mettre à l'étuve à 37° pendant 24/48 heures. Pour la recherche des levures prolonger l'incubation de 24/48 heures à 25/30 °C.
