Conserver le flacon dans l'autre main et appliquer la lame gélosée sur la surface à analyser en faisant une légère pression ou 1 bis. Appliquer directement sur le milieu l'écouvillon si vous avez fait un prélèvement par écouvillonnage ou 1 ter. Plonger la lame gélosée dans le liquide à analyser. 2. Introduire la lame dans le flacon et revisser. Mettre à l'étuve à 37° pendant 24/48 heures. Pour la recherche des levures prolonger l'incubation de 24/48 heures à 25/30 °C.
