The ReadiUse™ Annexin Binding Buffer *Optimised for Imaging and Flow Cytometry* is an isotonic buffer designed to promote the labeling of apoptotic cells with annexin V conjugates.

Prior to annexin V staining, we ecommend diluting the 10X concentrate to a 1X working solution using distilled water.
