DNA control expansion (EXP-CTL001): Lambda DNA is 48 kb long and serves as a good model system to evaluate the nanopore sequencing workflow. Control experiments should be carried out when users are getting started with nanopore sequencing devices, or when troubleshooting library preparation. Pack of six vials. Contains Lambda DNA (LMD), sufficient for at least 24 reactions.

RNA control expansion (EXP-RCS001): contains RNA control sample allowing control runs to support Oxford Nanopore cDNA sequencing kits. Pack of three vials. Contains sufficient control RNA for six reactions.

Informations de livraison: Kits are shipped at 2 to 8 °C in an environmentally-friendly temperature-controlled shipping box. Upon receipt, please place the product in a long-term storage location at −20 °C. Oxford Nanopore Technologies deem the useful life of the product to be 3 months from receipt by the customer.
