Recycled 100% knitted polyester cleanroom wipes offer a sustainable solution for cleanroom environments, without jeopardising quality or performance. Soft textured wipes clean surfaces without scratching, while offering low levels of particles and fibres, abrasion and chemical resistance, and good solvent compatibility.
- 100% knitted laundered polyester
- Laser cut sealed edges seals fibres at wipe's edge to reduce shedding
- Suitable for use in high grade cleanrooms
- Manufactured from 100% recycled plastic
Each wipe is constructed from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles (35+ bottles per pack of wipes) that have gone through a rigorous cleaning process before being converted to polyester chip. The chip is extruded and spun in a traditional yarn manufacturing process before being knitted into fabric. This fabric is converted and laundered exactly the same as Contec’s standard polyester heat-sealed wipes. ReFIBE™ wipes are subject to the same quality and process control protocols as virgin polyester products, eliminating the fear of compromising quality for sustainability.
Recommended for ISO Class 3 - 8 environments.
Packaging: Laundered and packed in an ISO 4 cleanroom.
