These scratching tools can perform a Machu corrosion test. Each tool is provided with a 1 mm width cutter to cut the coating down to the metal.

CC2000 has a self positioning knife bracket to expose the substrate with a perpendicular cut through the coating. CC3000 has an adjustable cutting depth and two ball bearings to guide the cut and this guarantees reproducible results.
Certifications: ISO 17872. DIN 53167, 50021, ISO 4628-8, 9227.
