In the validation process, it is crucial to have options that guarantee the proper calibration and qualification of the equipment. For this purpose, we offer two specific kits to address these needs: calibration set and qualification set.

Calibration set: Calibration of media preparators can be performed with the TP-VALMP calibration set, allowing for the adjustment of the equipment temperature probes to ensure accurate measurements against a known standard. This guarantees that the equipment operates within specified temperature limits.

Qualification set: To ensure that media preparators function according to design specifications, we offer three specialised qualification sets based on the selected model: TP-VAL-MP-20, TP-VAL-MP-40/60, and TP-VALMP-80/100. This process includes verification and documentation certifying that the equipment meets expected technical and performance standards. It is suitable for conducting both Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ).
