Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilised Human CD40 Ligand, Fc Tag (Cat. No. ACRBCDL-H5267) at 5 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human CD40, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin (Cat. No. ACRBCD0-H525a) with a linear range of 20 - 156 ng/ml (QC tested). Loaded Human CD40, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin (Cat. No. ACRBCD0-H525a) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human CD40 Ligand, His,Flag Tag (active trimer) (MALS verified) (Cat. No. ACRBCDL-H52Db) with an affinity constant of 0,911 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested). FACS analysis shows that Human CD40, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag, low endotoxin (Cat. No. ACRBCD0-H525a) can bind to 293T cells overexpressing human CD40L. The concentration of Human CD40 is 0,03 μg/ml (Routinely tested).
