Human Peroxiredoxin 6 (Prx6) ELISA Kit is ideal for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Prx6 in human serum, human plasma, cell lysate, culture supernatants and buffered solution.
- Microtiter plates are pre-coated with a monoclonal antibody specific to human Prx6
- Assay will recognise native and recombinant Prx6
Livraison: Kit contains 96 well plate (in aluminium foil bag with desiccant), 2×25 ml washing buffer (20X), standard protein (lyophilized glass vial), 25 ml standard/sample dilution buffer, secondary antibody (lyophilised glass vial), 150 µl streptavidin HRP(X100), 25 ml secondary antibody/streptavidin HRP dilution buffer, 15 ml substrate (TMB), 15 ml stop solution (1N solution of sulfuric acid), plate sealers and protocol booklet.
