- Compatible avec les gaz de haute pureté, tels que N₂, CDA, H₂, SiH₄ et NF₃
- Propreté supérieure en aval avec un taux de rétention de 9 LRV au débit nominal
Élément filtrant : Membrane hydrophobe en PTFE soutenue par une structure moulée en PTFE, PFA et un joint torique en PFA ; Boîtier : acier inoxydable 316 L électropoli
