About this item
The ImmunoReagents DyLight® 550 conjugates provide vibrant orange-to-red fluorescence with better performance than other rhodamine derivatives, including Alexa Fluor 555, TRITC and Cy3 for fluorescent applications. DyLight® 550 conjugates have tight excitation/emission spectra that are ideal for multicolor applications. DyLight® 550 conjugated secondary antibodies are used in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, Western blotting, ELISA, high-content screening and other array platforms. Excitation/Emission = 562 nm / 576 nm Emission Color = Orange to Red (Similar Dyes: Alexa Fluor 555, Cy3, TRITC).
