About this item
PBS Tween® 20 blot wash buffer is a 20X concentration with 1% Tween® 20.
- Prevents high background by efficiently removing unbound reagents
- Convenient liquid concentrate for blotting and ELISA applications
pH (1:20, water) @ 25 °C is 7,50 to 7,70.
Concentrate (500 ml) prepares 10 litres of a 1X buffer.
When diluted down to a 1X concentration, 0,05% Tween® 20 is present.
