Tubes PCR
Ces tubes PCR sont fabriqués en polypropylène vierge de haute qualité et présentent des parois fines et uniformes pour un transfert thermique efficace. Les tubes et bouchons sont compatibles avec la plupart des thermocycleurs de pointe et sont autoclavables. Les bouchons, disponibles plats ou bombés, s’ajustent parfaitement et créent une fermeture uniforme et hermétique empêchant l’évaporation des échantillons dans le thermocycleur. Les tubes sont non-pyrogènes et exempts de RNase et DNase. Certains modèles sont proposés en lots assortis de tubes codés par couleur pour une identification facile des échantillons.
