A variety of seals for the protection of lab samples from contamination are available at VWR. Secure microplate samples with films, foils, and sealing tapes; select products appropriate for ELISA, PCR, cold storage, and general incubation. Sealing mats minimize evaporation and eliminate cross-contamination. For beakers, flasks, petri dishes and other labware, choose sealing films that are heat or chemical resistant. Insure sample integrity with security seals that provide evidence of tampering. Mechanical seals are also offered.

AMPLIseal™ est un film de scellage auto-adhésif qui se distingue par sa faible autofluorescence, notamment dans la gamme de longueurs d'onde critique pour la PCR en temps réel. Il est constitué d'un film épais en PP recouvert d'un adhésif transparent en acrylate. La couche adhésive est protégée par un film décollable en polyester. L'adhésif en acrylate à forte adhérence offre un scellage fiable qui limite l'évaporation, sans pour autant perturber la réaction PCR ou les mesures de fluorescence.

Dual Vespel® ring inlet seals

A ring inlet seal greatly improves injection port performance as it stays sealed even after repeated temperature cycles, without retightening the reducing nut. This seal features two soft Vespel® rings, one embedded in its top surface and the other embedded in its bottom surface.
