Tests immunologiques
Les tests immunologiques sont des essais biochimiques permettant de mesurer la présence ou la concentration d’une macromolécule ou d’une petite molécule en solution, à l’aide d’un anticorps ou d’un antigène. Les tests immunologiques existent sous de nombreux formats et variantes et peuvent être réalisés en plusieurs étapes, avec ajout, lavage ou séparation de réactifs à différents moments de l’essai. Des enzymes sont couramment utilisées dans ces tests immunologiques pour suivre les anticorps et les antigènes.
