Tampons biologiques
Les tampons biologiques sont inertes et ont des effets à court terme sur le système étudié, ce qui constitue un avantage distinct par rapport aux substances inorganiques et aux acides organiques faibles utilisés par le passé. La plupart des tampons biologiques utilisés aujourd’hui sont des tampons de taurine ou de glycine N-substituées, qui répondent à la majorité des exigences imposées aux tampons biologiques. Les systèmes tampons sont généralement utilisés dans les expériences afin de permettre une comparaison directe des résultats.
